This was so much fun to listen to,,, I just wish there was closed captioning to understand the names of the whiskys. 😉

Kathy, thank you for listening! And that’s a great idea. Thank you for mentioning this. Well add the names of the whiskys this evening 🙂

  2. jo karr says:

Agree with casting of younger Randall, both will appear in book 3, had to be different people.
Black Jack will be around for some time
Also, Alex is supposed to be slight, not brutal.
    Lbw casting, perfect❤❤

I’m just getting into drinking whisky myself and remembered that you had done a tasting a couple of months back, so I’m listening again. Do you have it written down somewhere what the last dram was before your food break? One of the guys with you really liked it and it surprised him. I’m curious!

    • outlanderpod says:

Sarah, thank you for listening! We will have to revisit the podcast to listen, but we definitely take this note. We will provide a list of the whiskies we tasted 🙂

I listened again and found it! I don’t know how I missed it, but it was The Singleton of Dufftown. I picked myself up a bottle yesterday as a birthday present to myself. 🙂 Next time I’ll be trying the Aberlour, which is another one that was mentioned.

Diana’s books always made me want to get into scotch, but your podcast was the nice push I needed. So thanks for the wonderful, incredibly expensive hobby. Ha! <3
